URL Forwarding

After you have registered or transferred a domain to us, Windy City offers you URL Forwarding service.

This allows you set up a domain name so that when it is entered into a web browser, it will be automatically redirected to another website or to another IP address.

Why is this useful? Here is one example! Let's say you have registered the .NET and .COM suffixes to protect a specific domain name, but you want to have the .NET domain "point" automatically to your .COM website when a visitor types in the .NET suffix. URL Forwarding points the .NET domain to the .COM website. Easy! And very handy!

To use this service, you must first login to your control panel to manage your domains then follow the simple directions.

Click here to Login to your Domain Manager. If your current registrar doesn't offer this service, click here to transfer your domains to Windy City
